Our
Story
I am a qualified registered Pharmacy Technician, with over 22 years of experience across a broad range of healthcare settings throughout the UK. My professional background includes various roles within acute NHS hospital trusts, prison healthcare services, and community pharmacy, providing me with extensive practical and operational expertise in medicines management across both clinical and community care environments.
I have held a number of senior leadership positions, with responsibility for service development, team leadership, and quality assurance. In these roles, I have led workforce development initiatives, improved medicines management systems, and ensured the safe, effective, and compliant use of medicines across services.
As Service Lead for NHS Medicines Support, I oversaw medicines management services across Norfolk, where I was responsible for the strategic design and delivery of medication training for domiciliary care staff countywide. This work supported care providers in meeting regulatory requirements, strengthening governance arrangements, and improving medication safety and outcomes for people receiving care.
My professional focus is on advancing medication safety, building workforce competence through high-quality training, and delivering practical, compliant solutions that support safe care delivery.
I look forward to working with care providers to support continuous improvement and excellence in medicines management.
We look forward to aiding you in your training journey!
