Refund Policy

At AJR Medsafe Academy, we take pride in delivering highquality training and educational services. To ensure the effective planning and provision of our programs, all payments made to AJR Medsafe Academy are nonrefundable.

1. Course Bookings and Payments

Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including nonattendance or withdrawal after enrolment.

2. Transfers and Rescheduling

Where possible, we may allow a participant to transfer their enrolment to a future course date or to substitute another attendee at our discretion. Requests for transfers must be submitted in writing at least five business days before the scheduled course start date.

3. Course Cancellations by AJR Medsafe Academy

If a course is cancelled or rescheduled by AJR Medsafe Academy, participants will be offered a choice of:

•  A full credit toward a future course, or

•  A rescheduled session at no additional cost.

No cash refunds will be offered.

4. Digital or Online Courses

Access to online materials, e-learning modules, or digital resources is considered final once login information has been provided. No refunds or credits will be granted after access has been issued.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare, exceptional cases—such as significant course delivery errors or verified
administrative issues—AJR Medsafe Academy reserves the right to review individual cases and determine appropriate resolutions at its sole discretion.
