These terms govern the use of our website and the provision of training services by AJR MedSafe Academy.

By booking training or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Training Services

​

• Training content is aligned with CQC, NICE, and Skills for Care guidance

• Training is educational and does not replace clinical judgement or organisational policies

• Responsibility for implementation remains with the care provider

Bookings and Payment

​

• Training dates are agreed in advance

• Payment terms will be confirmed at booking

• Late cancellations will incur a fee which will be the full cost of the course if cancelled within 48 hours

​

Certificates and Competency

​

• Certificates are issued upon successful completion

• Ongoing competence remains the responsibility of the employer

​

Intellectual Property

All training materials, slides, and resources remain the intellectual property of AJR MedSafe
Academy and must not be copied, shared, or reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

AJR MedSafe Academy is not liable for:

​

• Actions taken by staff following training

• Failure of organisations to follow policies or legal requirements

• Indirect or consequential losses

Our liability is limited to the value of the training provided.
